If you already have your photographer picked out- congratulations! We work well with anyone, and will work closely with them to make sure you two are best served on your big day. This option is best if you want to re-live your day through a video AND audio experience. Remember the sights and sounds of your people in a cinematic documentation that essentially creates your own mini-movie of your love story!

This option is best for couples who value ease, consistency, low-stress, and high quality photo & video! You’re communicating with less vendors, you’ll have matching photo and video, we help you through everything, and you save money by bundling your media expenses!

If you already have a videographer- congratulations! We would love to work with them. This option is best for you if you want a detailed and complete wedding day timeline, are excited about beautiful and personal photos, and want to work with relaxing and easy-going photographers on your wedding day.

01. Inquire
We don’t bite! Please visit our contact page and inquire using the form. Once we receive your inquiry we will first, do a little happy dance, and then send over all the details you need to schedule a consult call. You will get our services guide, which contains investment and experience information, and how to schedule your consultation!
02. Consult Call
Your consultation gives us a chance to get to know you and your partner. We value good communication, so we start it off right from the start with transparency, and a safe space to ask questions. We want to make sure we are a right fit for one another! We will get an idea on what your vision is for your bid day, and how we can best be apart of it.
03. planning process
After your consultation, we will send you a project proposal including an invoice and contract. Your non-refundable retainer and signed contract are due to lock in your date. Once that is completed, it’s official! Between now and your wedding date, we are available for any questions you may have, work through and build your timeline, and wait ever so patiently until it’s time to party!
04. Your big day
Yay! Your big day is finally here, it’s time to sit back, relax, and celebrate your love story! We will have a BLAST together and make sure to be a calming presence. Your time will mostly be spent with your photo/video team, so make sure you like them! Whether you need someone to pin a boutonniere or hold your dress while you use the bathroom, we’ll be there for you! We just want you to have fun, focus on your person, and enjoy your time with your family and friends before it's over.
05. Gallery Delivery and on
Within 4-6 weeks of your wedding day, you will receive your wedding photos, and your video within 12 weeks so you can relive the day all over again. While our "contract" is over, we very much value our ongoing relationships with past clients. We still meet up for food, drinks, coffee, etc with our couples! Remember, we're friends!
Sadly, no. We have to pay for copyright access to our music, and we do this through a subscription service in which we choose songs from. We usually can’t use your favorite new T. Swift or Beyonce song, as there usually aren’t rights available to use those songs. We go the legal route in this business! However, we DO get to know you as a couple throughout the process, so we can usually find songs that best represent your relationship- we haven’t had anyone be dissatisfied! See our previous films to get a feel for what our style is like, so you can know what to expect.
01. Do we get to choose our songs in our video?
We shoot everything on dual slot cameras, so we’re already using a backup as we go. When we get home, we upload to an SSD drive AND an online cloud service that has unlimited storage. Your memories are safe with us!
02. How do we know our files will be safe?
We will go anywhere you want to take us! We are happy to say we have eliminated travel fees for everywhere within Minnesota or North Dakota! We will build you a proposal with everything built-in and one final cost- no surprises or charge per mile for gas here!
03. Do you travel and/or have travel fees?
We do offer raw footage as an add-on, which will give you a continuous recording of your ceremony and speeches.
04. Can we get raw footage?
YES! We love making connections and providing an authentic and respectful experience to everyone we come in contact with! We prioritize good communication at the beginning of the day. If you hire us for photo or video only, we will make sure we connect with your photographer/videographer before the wedding day and make sure we are all on the same page- to serve YOU!
05. Do you work well with other vendors?
YES! We offer a 5% discount to healthcare workers, police/fire marshall, military, and family and friends. If you refer someone and they book with us, you get 15% off your next photo session!
