Abby and Cory’s maternity session at Scharr’s Bluffs was no exception. With rolling green fields, delicate wildflowers, and a peaceful sunset over the grass, it was the perfect setting to document this season of anticipation and love.

A Breathtaking Backdrop for a Beautiful Journey

July graced us with the most lush greenery and wildflowers in full bloom, creating a dreamy, almost storybook-like atmosphere. As Abby and Cory wandered through the open fields, the vibrant yellow daisies she held felt like the perfect symbol of joy and new beginnings. There was something so effortlessly beautiful about the way the summer sun kissed her growing bump, highlighting the love and excitement radiating from both parents-to-be.

A Sentimental Touch

One of my favorite parts of this session was the sweet, sentimental details Abby and her husband brought along. Their ultrasound strip was a special way to include their little one in the session—capturing not just their journey as a couple, but their journey into parenthood. Holding the ultrasound up against the bump against glowing skies, it was a quiet reminder that the greatest love stories often begin long before we even meet the ones we love.
